Erica Kurowski is the Managing Director of OnePulse. With a B.S. in Operations Research and
Information Engineering from Cornell University, Erica has always had an eye on how businesses can
strategically and creatively use data to make smarter and more efficient decisions. After beginning
her career in strategy and analytics at Publicis media agency Digitas in roles in both Chicago and
London, Erica came across OnePulse as a client and soon joined the business after seeing its
potential as a transformative yet ‘no-brainer’ way of collecting consumer opinions. Outside of work,
Erica is a lifelong violinist and avid runner, with four marathons and one cancelled 2020 Boston
Marathon under her belt to date. Erica is originally from Southern Illinois and has lived in London for
the past 6 years.
For businesses and brands, it comes down to basic elements of trust. Perhaps not surprisingly on the back of the pandemic, NHS and healthcare services are most trusted with people’s data. However, that may soon change, with plans for patient data to be shared with third parties in the UK.
